September
23-24, 2006
Thanks
to Jeff Grace for the photos

one of our throwers

Mr. Bland

Brandon keeps an eye on Art and Kevin

John Thurston guards the box of pigeons

Nice to know the boys will be shooting shotguns near the high pressure pipeline
Then one day they were shootn' for some food...
and up from the ground came a bubblin' crude

Now that IS a scary picture
The scoutmaster was betting everyone he could outshoot them left handed
What he didn't say was, he ALWAYS shoots left handed

The shotguns gave new meaning to survival camp but the premise was 2nd year
and older scouts had to sleep with only a ground cloth and what they could
construct

1st Year scouts still had comfort camping

Safety talk on proper handling of the shotguns

Mr. Thurston watches while Cody puts some pigeons out of their misery

Brian admires the scenery of the range

Zach gets more ammo from the scoutmaster

No, these were not targets

Cameron apparently doesn't like what Jeremy is saying - the scowl would have
been enough, but the ear plugs really give it away
