Pancake Breakfast
The Troop Annual Pancake Breakfast is set for Saturday, March 1st @ the church from 6 AM to 11 AM.
This fundraiser benefits the boys directly for their ticket sales: every dollar in ticket sales that a boy makes is deposited into their Scout account.
These dollars can be a great way to help pay for summer camp!!!
Tickets will be passed out to the boys at Monday nights' meeting. Each ticket is numbered, and I will need either the $ or the tickets returned so that we can keep track of all sales. More tickets can be obtained by calling my home at (816) 415-1883.
All Scouts are expected to help work at the breakfast. Parents help is also greatly appreciated.
There will be sign up sheets for scheduling the work for the day.
We will do the setup on Friday night @ 6 PM ~ this normally takes about an hour, depending on how many helpers we get.
If you have an electric griddle that we can use for the day, you can bring it Friday night or drop it by my house prior to that.
This year, there will be a special sign up for the clean up shift. These folks will come in right at the end to help clean up and reset the kitchen.
I will send out updates and Attaboys throughout the month before the event to keep you all up to date on our progress.
