Dutch Oven Lasagna
for Eight
1lb Ground Beef
1lb Italian Sausage
30oz Ragu w/meat
12oz Tomato Paste
2cups Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
2lbs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 box "Oven Ready" Lasagna Noodles
Cook meat, drain grease and combine with ragu and tomato paste.
Combine cottage cheese and eggs.
Layer noodles, cottage cheese mix, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, repeat 3 times.
Cook 45 minutes (9 coals on bottom/15 coals on top) set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
Suggested sides: French Bread and Salad.
