Please find attached the permission slip and waiver form for the upcoming March campout at IBEX. Signups will begin Monday, 3/4/13 at the regular meeting. Please know that all Scouts and Scouters participating in either the climbing or belaying activities at IBEX on Saturday night are required to have the waiver filled out and on file or you cannot participate. Please turn in both the p-slip and waiver with payment.

First year Scouts will also need to turn in p-slips and waivers with payment, but will only be attending the IBEX climbing and indoor camping portion of the weekend on Saturday night into Sunday morning. You will not pay the camping fee of $5. You will meet the Troop at the IBEX facility around 6:15pm Saturday night 3/16. You will only need to bring a sleeping bag, pillow and water bottle. Please be sure to have on clean shoes for climbing.
