Directions to Hutchinson and our campsite are as follows:
Travel West on Highway 152, past I-29, to I-435 South. Travel on I-435 South to I-35 South. Follow I-35 to Emporia. In Emporia, take US Highway 50 West through Newton to Hutchinson. We are camping on the property of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Oswald, who is an Eagle Scout, the Father of an Eagle Scout and the Grandfather of two Eagle Scouts. All Scouts and adults will be asked to sign a letter of thanks to the Oswalds, which is the only payment they require of Scout Troops who use their property.
The Troop will return to the Church about 2 PM on Sunday, August 7th
The cost at the Cosmosphere is $9 for Scouts and $11.50 for adults. (Checks only, Please!)
Unaccompanied Scouts should pay $5 to the adult with which they are riding.
We will be seeing an I-MAX show at 11 AM, Dr. Goddard's Lab show at 1 PM and the planetarium show at 2 PM; all included in the price.
A sack lunch for Saturday is required of all adults and Scouts.
