Brownie Mix

Ingredients:
1.5 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
18" heavy duty alumium foil
Pam non-stick spray

Line dutch with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Use 8 coals beneath and 15 on top. Preheat oven for 10 minutes. In a medium mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, oil, eggs, vanilla and nuts and pour into the foiled oven. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool BEFORE cutting
